وتحدث تشافي عن وجهة نظره في تصريحات لصحيفة “Suddeutsche Zeitung“الألمانية، وقال: “مدرب رائع، يعتمد على أسلوب هجومي ومتطور وبطل العالم في السابق”.

وتابع: “لقد ساعد لوف ألمانيا في تطوير أدائها خلال السنوات الماضية، وفهم مختلف لكرة القدم يذكرني كثيرًا بما كان يحدث في إسبانيا وبرشلونة”.

وعن إذا ما كان لوف مناسبًا لقيادة برشلونة، قال: “نعم، بسبب أفكاره وطريقة قراءته للمباريات وشخصيته”.

وأتم تصريحاته: “اعتقد أن لوف اتخذ قرارًا مناسبًا بعد كل هذه الفترة في قيادة منتخب ألمانيا”.

At the weekend, another one of their reported targets from the summer scored his first goals for his new team.

Mbaye Diagne was linked to Villa after his former Kasimpasa teammate Trezeguet joined the club though nothing ever came of it and he joined Club Brugge on loan at the start of September.

He’s only managed 36 minutes of game time in the league for them so far this season but did net a brace against KV Mechelen in their 5-0 victory as they took top spot in the Belgian Pro League.

Later tonight, the 27-year-old could be in action against La Liga giants Real Madrid in the Champions League as Philippe Clement’s men head to the Bernabeu.

He was gifted 17 minutes against his parent club Galatasaray just two weeks ago when Europe’s elite competition got underway, so he could well feature again tonight.

That brace could even springboard him into the starting XI, but we’ll have to wait and see.

His career to date suggests he’s been rather prolific, bagging 81 goals in 148 appearances which is better than a goal every two matches.

The bulk of his performances have come in the Super Lig for both Kasimpasa and Galatasaray where he has produced 42 goals in just 49 appearances.

Based on those records alone, Smith may have missed out on a potentially valuable source of goals – fans in B6 can take a look for themselves when the two sides kick off in the early sector of matches later this evening.

كشفت تقارير صحفية إنجليزية أن حارس مرمى فريق توتنهام هوجو لوريس قد يعود إلى الدوري الفرنسي في موسم الانتقالات الصيفي المقبل.

وارتبط لوريس بخطوة الرحيل عن توتنهام نهاية الموسم الحالي، بعد 9 سنوات مع الفريق الإنجليزي.

وذكرت تقارير في اليومين الماضيين، أن مانشستر يونايتد يفكر في ضم لوريس في الميركاتو الصيفي المرتقب (لمطالعة التفاصيل من هنا).

ولكن صحيفة “ذا صن” الإنجليزية، أفادت أن فترة الانتقالات الصيفية القادمة قد تشهد عودة هوجو لوريس إلى الدوري الفرنسي، وتحديدًا لناديه القديم نيس.

وبدأ الحارس الفرنسي مشواره المهني في صفوف نيس في عام 1997.

وأوضحت أن نيس عرض على لوريس العودة إلى الفريق الفرنسي بنهاية هذا الموسم.

Crystal Palace fans have lavished praise on central defender Gary Cahill after the Eagles beat West Ham United 2-1 on Saturday.

Eden Hazard was Real Madrid’s biggest piece of business during the 2019 summer transfer window.

And sure, he was not the only big name to join Los Blancos from abroad but out of all the newcomers, the Belgian superstar arrived with the biggest reputation and a hefty fee above his head.

After all, Florentino Perez and co. reportedly had to fork out a sum of an initial £89m to his former club, Chelsea, and that fee could also rise to over £150m in the future if certain add-ons are met.

For that reason, it’s not too big of a stretch to say that a lot is expected from the 28-year-old forward and his contribution so far, even though it was helpful, is still far from what he’s capable of.

In the six games he’s played for Real Madrid across all competitions in the 2019/20 season, Hazard has only scored and assisted once, hardly making his presence felt as much as he probably would’ve wanted.

But if his recent displays for his country are any indication, however, his form is improving, especially if we take a look at the last two games he’s played.

In the first one, he dropped a masterclass performance, helping his country to a remarkable 9-0 victory over San Marino in Euro 2020 qualification.

And now, he’s followed it up with a similarly impressive game against Kazakhstan.

Hazard’s assist made sure Beligum’s lead was doubled just at the beginning of the second half but he did so much more than that. He also tallied seven successful dribbles, three key passes and created one big chance for his team.

Not to mention that he also maintained 85% passing accuracy with 51 passes in total and deployed 3/3 long balls.

Zinedine Zidane will surely be happy to see his star in red-hot form ahead of the return of La Liga this weekend.

Real Madrid still have some serious challenges to face before the end of October, including El Clasico against Barcelona at the Camp Nou.

Thus, the timing of Hazard’s emergence seems perfect.

According to Football Insider, Everton have a ‘strong interest’ in former Fulham striker Moussa Dembele and are set to battle with other Premier League clubs for the signature of the £40m-rated attacker.

What’s the word, then? The report claims that Dembele is willing to leave Lyon for a return to English football, and the former Celtic man regards a transfer back to England as a logical step in his career.This news should come as a major boost for Everton as the club needs young, proven goalscorers to lead the line for them for years to come. However, a fee has not been reported, although money has not been a worry for the Blues in recent years having spent £50m on Richarlison and £45m on Gylfi Sigurdsson. Everton have struggled tremendously on the goalscoring front this season, registering just six goals in eight Premier League games, which has helped put them inside the relegation zone.

Players who are looked at for goals, such as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison have far from pulled their weight this campaign. Both forwards have just two league goals each so far, which is especially alarming considering the Brazilian’s brilliant form last season when he netted 13.

As for Calvert-Lewin, the former Sheffield United man has struggled in front of goal ever since he swapped the Blades for Merseyside. The 22-year-old has just 21 goals in 102 appearances for the Toffees, which is a shadow of what Dembele has managed at Celtic and Lyon over the years.

The Frenchman bagged an incredible 51 goals and provided 18 assists in 94 appearances for the Hoops, helping the club win back to back domestic treble’s from 2016 to 2018.

Dembele was also the club’s leading goalscorer in his debut season at Celtic, which came a year after he scored 15 times in 43 Championship outings for Fulham at just 19. This proved to be an extremely important figure in helping the Cottagers avoid the drop to League One, as they finished 20th.

Since his move to Lyon, the 6-foot striker has continued the form he showed in Great Britain over in France. 26 goals in 56 appearances, which includes six in eight Ligue 1 games so far, proves he will be a very worthy addition to the Everton side.

Marco Silva’s side are desperate for a prolific goalscorer right now, and Marcel Brands must do everything he can to make Dembele his next marquee signing.

Calvert-Lewin isn’t cutting it and Richarlison needs help to get him back to his best, and this French star could be the answer.
